Server Support Agreement
ARC iT offer a complete range of Maintenance Support Agreements and Maintenance Support contracts to protect and cover your servers in the event of breakdown or failure in the Staffordshire or Cheshire areas. Our agreements are designed to be flexible and provide as much protection as you require from single items of equipment such as servers to complete and comprehensive network cover. All our contracts can be tailored to meet a two, four or eight hour, next day or as and when required engineer response time and include telephone and email support at no extra cost.

Agreements
ARC iT offer complete cover for your server and protect your business against all parts and labour costs for the duration of the contract. These agreements offer the following features but can be customised to meet your individual business requirements:
- Telephone and Email Support
Our highly trained engineers will provide support in a bid to resolve the problem and get your system running again as quickly as possible, reponse time with in 1 hour. - Fast, onsite response
An engineer will be onsite within 4 hours of reported failure of critical equipment such as servers or network equipment. - Remote Support
We will connect into your network to resolve your faults remotely.
Labour Only Contracts
Labour Only contracts protect your business against any labour costs incurred during a site visit.
Retainer Contracts
A monthly retainer contract entitles your business to call a Support Engineer to site within the guaranteed response period although parts and labour charges do apply.
We can provide PC support and server support to all local businesses, schools and council authorities in Staffordshire and Cheshire. We are based in Stoke On Trent in Staffordshire.
