Our fully inclusive computer maintenance is designed for local companies, we have a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of the I.T. function from Broadband to Printers and all points in between, and we deal with companies in the Staffordshire and Cheshire areas with the requirement for a rapid, guaranteed response alternative to an in-house IT department. The fully inclusive maintenance option provides the peace of mind that comes from knowing you are fully covered for any IT problems you may encounter, with the availability of a wide range of IT skills at the end of the phone, and the full backup of ARC’s experienced support team.
What does it involve?
- Fault reporting to telephone diagnostic help-line
- Resolution by Remote Access if possible*
- Onsite Engineer for fault resolution as required
- Guaranteed next business day response to onsite requests
- Escalation to Director level if necessary
- Email support
- No callout or labour charges
- No limit on the amount of support provided
- Discount on hardware and software
- Assistance with any technology issues and purchasing requirements
What kind of work is available during onsite callouts?
- IT hardware breakdowns - User support on software and hardware faults.
- PC and server health-checks and security checks
- Server issues
- Strategic planning and advice on hardware and software purchases.
- User training on PC basics
This is a 12 month contract with a fixed monthly fee
