This option includes unlimited telephone and email support.
Our Support Agreement is designed for local companies, we have a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of the I.T. function from Broadband to Printers and all points in between. We deal with companies in the Staffordshire and Cheshire areas with the requirement for a rapid, guaranteed response alternative to an in-house IT department. The support sgreement option provides the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have support on the end of a telphone or someone you can email with your IT problems you may encounter, with the availability of a wide range of IT skills at the end of the phone, and the full backup of ARC iT’s experienced support team.

- Fault reporting to telephone diagnostic help-line
- Reduced onsite or remote labour charges
- Onsite Engineer for fault resolution where cannot be fixed by helpdesk
- Guaranteed response times to onsite requests
- Email support, telephone support, helpdesk support
