arc I.T. are on the lookout for suitable IT support and I.T service related businesses to buy in the local area. Even though we continue to grow organically from new customers , we are now also looking to grow through acquisitions of IT companies.

It’s not an easy process to sell any business but we try to make it as simple as possible at the early stages to find out if it’s suitable for both parties. Our core requirements are:

• Your pricing model must be similar to ours for IT Support, a simple hourly service per month or an all-inclusive flat fee.
• Your IT Support contracts must total at least £1000 per month
• At least 3 years’ complete accounts available.
• Hardware and software sales do not form more that 20% of your annual profits.

We insist on full NDA (Non Disclosure Agreements) and Non-competition agreements to protect both parties. If you meet these requirements we are happy to begin talks. The first step is to email us so we can exchange NDAs and NCAs.
