Duties to include:

  • Deal with customer queries and build relations
  • Taking telephone calls and messages
  • Chasing customer quotes
  • Maintaining database
  • Liaising with customer to ensure queries are dealt with

Skills Required   

  • Ability to cope with working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to communicate with all levels
Qualifications Required   
GCSE Grade C or above in English or equivalent
